It’s heartbreaking to see an animal being mistreated. But sadly, this kind of inhumane treatment is something that many pets experience. However, you can do your part to relieve animal suffering and ensure that dogs, cats, horses and others are kept healthy and safe.

If you suspect animal abuse, abandonment, cruelty, neglect, torture or inhumane treatment of any kind in Morrow County, please contact us so we can investigate or direct you to the proper authorities. We take all reports seriously. We typically do not report back our findings to the complainant, so please rest assured even though you do not hear a resolution, that we have handled the complaint in the best way possible.
