If you have found an animal that is currently suffering from suspected abuse, cruelty, neglect, torture or inhumane treatment and requires immediate help, please contact us right away.  If there is an immediate need for response,  please contact the Morrow County Sheriff’s Department and ask them to contact our Humane Agent.
