A sad fact is that more than four million homeless animals will be euthanized simply because they are homeless. With that in mind, the Human Society of Morrow County is actively working to create the day when there are no more homeless animals. We’re working towards the day when no more animals go hungry, none are left lonely and no more have to live in fear of their abusive owners. But we need your help.
Please take a moment to review our blog, read our latest newsletter, check out our health tips for cats and dogs, and share our upcoming events with your friends and family. By educating others on animal care, we help save the lives of animals that look to us for love and support.
But please, don’t stop there. If you suspect inhumane treatment of an animal, contact us today or review our emergency contact information for poison control, the county dog shelter, the local veterinarians and more.
And should the unthinkable happen – you can’t seem to locate your best friend or have found an animal who is lost and looking for their home – please review our lost and found section. There is nothing like reuniting a family with their beloved dog or cat.
